2010 Wrap Up

2010 was a unique year for me. It was the first year, since I was a toddler really, that I was not in school. I also was not employed full time. It was a rough year emotionally, but I overcame it. It was however, one of my most creative years. I also managed to keep up with all my bills and stay out of debt. Here are some photos from the year.

January

One of the first animal paintings to join the walls of my room. I got really into painting and paper crafts this year.

February

I started babysitting for these two little stinkers. I was instantly attached to them and I just love them to little bits and pieces. They brought me so much joy.

March

I turned 23! I also had an awesome awesome birthday. I got really into karaoke this year.

April

I worked on my first short film as a production coordinator. Lots of work but in the end I really did enjoy it. It made me love casting and appreciate a great art department. The cast and crew were wonderful. Also, April was the start of this blog!

May

I became really really really into my xacto knife and paper. I made those cards for my sister, a friend who graduated and my friend Krista. She was diagnosed with breast cancer this year but she got through it ever so strong.  Krista kicks ass. I absolutely love that girl.

June

Anthony and I had our 2 year anniversary. Love Love Love him. My friend Ingrid and I also started Fab Life Guide. It was a blog about different topics on how to keep your life fab! haha. it was a lot of fun and I hope we start it up again in the New Year.

July

Cruise 2010!!! This cruise was so anticipated and it really was a good time.

August

For the first time ever, Anthony and I watched the sunrise at Montauk. It was awesome. We also went to Montreal. We've been there before, but we love the city. That was us having a dance party in the hotel bathroom.

September

I also babysat for a new family this year. Caralena is 5 and she is adorable. Anthony and I went to three weddings this year and we were known as the "dancers". Oh yeah! it's because we rock and love to dance. I also fell in love with the idea of be-friending squirrels one day.
I also did some detail painting for a furniture store. That was a really cool experience because I got to experience doing something I truly love doing, but it was treated as a job.

October

I started a project where I made cartoony paintings of my pets. Halloween was kick ass this year. Anthony and I went as tattoo artists to a few parties. I also was a Sim. I also started playing Sims for a while after that too :)

November

(We went on a tea tour and had to wear hair nets)

I call Brittney and Kyle my super star friends of 2010. They both decided to take a risk and get up and do something new. Brittney fell in love with Chicago on a road trip and moved there in October. Kyle, decided to take a ski lift operating job in Utah. I drove out there with him. It was probably one of my favorite things I did in 2010. I am so happy I went on that road trip. We drove from NY to Utah in six days.

December

December was a good month. I got rid of my beloved chalkboard and made it into a dry erase board. For Anthony's birthday we met and played with some South African Penguins. It was a very cool experience. Christmas was very nice as well. Our tree still cracks me up. Sam doesn't know how to pick them.

The end of my month will be spent in NC. I cannot wait to ring in the New Year down there.

2010 also had great fruit creatures and my awesome food blog series.

Have a great new year everyone!
